If an order is canceled due to pricing error, a full refund will be issued.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

During launches, drops, or high demand periods, processing may take longer.

Customers will receive tracking information once the order ships.

5. Shipping Policy

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    •    UPS
    •    FedEx
    •    Customs
    •    Weather or logistics disruptions

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee recovery of the package.

Once tracking shows a package as delivered, it is considered fulfilled.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
