During launches, drops, or high demand periods, processing may take longer.

5. Shipping Policy
Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  •   FedEx

  •   Weather or logistics disruptions
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot guarantee recovery of the package.
